Improved Choke Valve Design for Debottlenecking Gas Processing Facilities

Twister BV has developed and successfully tested a low shear coalescing gas/liquid pressure reduction valve which is suitable for debottlenecking both offshore and onshore production facilities by increasing flow by 10-20% above plant design capacity whilst still meeting gas dewpoint specifications. 

This presentation will cover the design and development of the Twister SWIRL valve as well as the recent successful valve field test with NAM in the Netherlands. Information will also be provided on the potential benefits of this new choke valve
